Keyhaven Services Ltd (KSL) has been established to deliver a selected mix of business services to small and medium sized enterprises across the Wessex Region.

Drawing on a team of Associates offering a comprehensive range of skills and experience in the Commercial, Public and Not for Profit sectors, KSL is well placed to provide affordable and effective solutions to organisations anticipating, or undergoing, business turbulence.

KSL mainly focuses its attention on three aspects:

• Diagnosis of the underlying causes.
• Design and, if required, implementation of improvement programmes for the immediate and longer terms.
• Establishing financial and business continuity solutions to underpin and strengthen the 'Get Well' programmes.

KSL specialises in the provision of timely remedies, rather than emergency action. In the same vein, the company prefers Disaster Avoidance to "Disaster Recovery". However, wherever a turnaround or "crisis" situation exists, KSL is well able to initiate and successfully deliver appropriate solutions.
